🚚 Delivery Options – UK Mainland

Standard Delivery – £3.95

Express Delivery – £5.95

  • 1–2 business days

  • Priority handling

  • Fully tracked

FREE Delivery on Orders Over £45

  • Automatically applied at checkout

  • Available to UK Mainland only

  • Order value must be £45 after discounts

🏴 Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas

Certain regions require alternative courier services and are not eligible for our standard mainland rates.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Isle of Wight

  • Isle of Man

  • Jersey

  • Guernsey

  • Scottish Highlands

  • Scottish Islands

  • Remote postcodes beginning with IV, KW, HS, ZE, PA, PH and similar

  • Some Northern Ireland locations

Customers in these areas must select the correct shipping option at checkout.
If the wrong service is selected, your order may experience delays, extra charges, or may be cancelled and refunded.

🧱 Heavy / Oversized Items (Pallet Delivery)

Some heavier products — such as pressure washers, bulk liquids or commercial equipment — may need to be shipped via pallet delivery.

Please note:

  • Deliveries may arrive on a truck or tail-lift vehicle

  • Ensure there is suitable access for larger vehicles

  • Delivery is usually kerbside only

  • We will contact you if your order requires pallet delivery

⏱ Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders same day when placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

  • All deliveries are fully tracked

  • Tracking information is emailed automatically once your order ships

  • You can follow your parcel in real-time using the provided link
