Returns Policy – The Detailing Lodge®
At The Detailing Lodge®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer the following returns policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products (if applicable)
- Used or opened products, unless defective or damaged
3. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [info@thedetailinglodge.co.uk] with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and issue a return authorization number (RAN).
- Pack the Item: Ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged or unavailable, please ensure the product is packed well to avoid damage during transit.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was incorrectly shipped.
4. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that the shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We are unable to process direct exchanges.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either offer a full refund, a replacement, or a store credit, depending on your preference and availability of the item.
